Logged-in flows
Password, email code or SMS code. DemoBot signs in while it plans, then skips the login when it records, so the video opens inside the product. Credentials stay encrypted and are never shown to the model.
Paste the URL of your web app and say what to show. DemoBot signs in, works through the real interface, writes each step, and records a narrated MP4 for your landing page, your sales emails or your help center. No screen recorder, no editing timeline, no slides pretending to be the product.
300 free credits to make your first one.
Business software is dense: menus, modals, multi-step forms, settings buried three clicks deep. The planner opens the live app in a real browser, reads each screen, and picks the route a new customer would want to see. You get the full plan before anything records, and you can rewrite any caption or drop any step.
“Show how an admin invites a teammate and assigns a role.”
The parts of DemoBot that matter most here. Everything on the features page is included too.

A highlight box or arrow points at the control being used, a caption says what just happened, and the cursor moves at a human pace. Viewers follow a crowded dashboard without pausing.
The script is yours. When a screen changes, edit the affected steps and record again. A recording costs the video rate; the script is not planned a second time.
Say roughly how long it should be and what to cover. Flip on captions, voice, or music if you want them. Add a login if you need one.
It opens your site, looks around, and writes up a plan for the walkthrough. You can watch it work in real time.
Tweak the steps and the words until it's right. When you're happy, hit record and it takes over.
A few minutes later you've got a polished MP4, ready to download and post anywhere.
The defaults that suit this kind of demo. Change any of them per demo.
7 to 12 steps: enough for one workflow end to end, short enough to hold a buyer’s attention.
Full-width dashboards need the space. The video is the same size as the browser viewport it was recorded in.
The right default. Pick Fable for very deep apps and long sign-in sequences.
A medium script on Opus plus one narrated recording is 650 credits. New accounts start with 300 free credits, enough for a short narrated demo (290); the first pack unlocks longer scripts, fable and background music. See the full rate card.
Yes. Tick “This demo needs a login”, choose password, email code or SMS code, and DemoBot signs in during planning. For one-time codes it pauses and asks you to paste the code. The recording reuses the session, so the video starts after the login, not on it.
It records a real Chromium browser, so anything that renders in Chrome can be demoed, including apps that load data after the page appears. When a step kicks off a long job, the recorder waits it out and the wait is cut from the finished video.
Pick the length by steps: short is 3 to 6, medium 7 to 12, long 15 to 25. Most software demos are medium: one complete workflow. Make two medium videos rather than one long one when there are two stories to tell.
Yes. The whole plan lands in your editor first. Rewrite the narration, reorder steps, remove the ones that bore you, then start the recording on a short countdown you can cancel.
Longer, step-by-step tours of a whole flow, with callouts on every control.
The first-week path, recorded in the real app for welcome emails and help centers.
Plan and record the same videos from an AI assistant through the MCP server.
